We reserve the right to refuse services that are deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.

Appointments can be booked online, via email, or in person. Some treatments require a deposit or pre-payment to secure your booking. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted rate.
Payment options may include EFTPOS, credit card, ZIP, or bank transfer. Memberships or treatment plans may include separate terms and refund policies, outlined at the time of enrolment.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
Repeated no-shows may result in restricted future bookings.
