Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy We encourage you to book your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time slot. All bookings are subject to availability, and a deposit may be required to confirm certain services. For aesthetic and medical consultations, please provide any relevant health information to ensure a seamless and personalised experience. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients effectively. Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is not available, we offer a waitlist option for all services. You will be notified if an appointment becomes available, and we will hold the spot for a limited time. To join the waitlist, please select the option during booking or contact us directly.
